By downloading, accessing, or using the Juke app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the app.

4. Subscriptions

Juke offers subscription services to access premium features and exclusive content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed periodically, depending on the chosen plan (e.g., monthly, annually), through your app store account.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: Manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions.
• Changes to Subscription Fees: We may modify subscription fees and will notify you of any changes. New rates apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. In-App Purchases

Juke allows users to purchase digital items as gifts. All in-app purchases are processed through the app store. Payments are final and non-refundable.

• Gifting: Ensure correct recipient information. Juke is not responsible for incorrect gifting transactions.
• License: You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased digital items within the app.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes, interfere with app operations, or violate others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Juke app is the property of Juke or its licensors. You may not use our content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Juke app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's performance, accuracy, or reliability. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juke is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app, including loss of profits or data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
